Sure we’ve had a few great sounding blog messages left abpout investors and such since your injurious falsehoods and devestating attack on June 9th, 2009 (and your follow up emails) … But most of these big talkers turned out to be no more than ‘tire kicking’ or to post their own links, while many of them are truly great people who hate what conglomerates such as your’s have done to this great nation of ours.

For you attorneys who are either hired or merely reviewing my interim prospective funding website looking for legal goodies to further exploit me, I want to give you the heads up on an option.     What will be a one time offer for settlement.      You can tell your clients to expect a huge reduction in what I will demand from you for damages, both ongoing and initial by working with me here. If this goes down quick enough and you do not drag your feet when you know you are wrong and I am the victim, there is a radical procedure that can be done to save my wif’s life by the Tucson Medical University Hospital… the U of A… Which give Cynthia a great chance… or at least A better chance.

So, I expect these defendants’ and your clients to finally do the right thing, I am flexible with the anti-competitive tortious and criminal agressors (you people) repaying me the damage you have intentionally done, prospered from and continue to do to this very day to destroy me. (Keep in mind your letter of confession). Do what is right and good for a change. Every penny made by GM and GMAC since June 9th, 2009 technically has been done so at my expense…. We call this engorgement.

Here is Mr. Health nut finding that the stress from GM, GMAC and the defendants’ of my lawsuit for the past year June ’09 to June ’10  has caused me several ‘small’ strokes which I was unaware of except for the MRI I had recently. It appears these strokes occured nearly each time I was refused a reply to the polite letters and phone calls to the CEOs of the GM Family ‘cabal’ of inner corporate leaders (who had the full ability to have a public corporate apology and to request I remove their “injurious falsehoods”… Simply to allow me to clear up the damages the GM Family did to my name and the Mealer products in hopes try to save the Mealer Automobile and Mealer Electronics USA mfg’d electrical gadgets which I was planning and discussing with prospective business connections and investment groups.

Keep in mind my friends at the Fort Washington, Maryland lawfirm(s) and others… GM has given me a viable letter of confession and as I have proven through the GM Family’s own SEC filings and other longtime documents which connect the entire group YET they claim to be not connected, makes for a solid conspiracy issue (although respondeat superior is good enough to sink all of them). Your clients did the crime and have continued the crime.

I have asked, requested, and even begged the CEOs of GM, ResCap, GMAC LLC, GMACM to do what is right and offer a public apology and to play fair by removing or asking to have removed their libel which had destroyed my $200M  prospective advantage (funding agreements), $30M in Mealer Automobile pre-mfg sales, and to end the perpetuation of your client’s ongoing attack which is what the Sherman Act is all about…. Do you understand that this is TWO major claims for two separate major incidents of interference and anti-competitive violations? Subject to TWICE the ”3x’s the damages” per law? Case is done…. throw on the personal defamation, trade libel and you may as well begin figuring out and planning to NOT spend the unjust enrichment and engorgment of which the victim (Mealer Companies and myself, JL Mealer) would be due in full. Not to mention the other issues which I “unsophisticatedly” spelled out in my necessarily lengthy complaint. All 13 defendants are allowed what amounts to less than 8 pages each in a complaint by the way, especially when the law states that the fraud issues and anti-trust issues need to be detailed.

As Sylvestor Stallone said in Rambo  “… ‘They drew first blood sir, not me.. they drew first blood…” And to think, that I admired the Big Three at one time! Hey… at least Ford is still moving forward and that new Mustang for 2011 has got to be the next big thing…. Unless Chrysler steps up with another big winner too. Not knocking your GMC trucks or the Camaro, but I was ‘raised on’ Mercury Cougars, AMC Javelins and old beaten down Jeeps.

GM would not have made it sucessfully from OLD GM to NEW GM but for the destruction of myself and the Mealer Automobile… Even a blind jury can see this as fact. {engorgement}.

My friends, Federal gov’t, defense lawyers, etc… I am not your enemy but I have been severely destroyed by your clients and not only can I prove their direct collusion even prior to disclosure, but have a signed letter of confession from GM itself… For no better term, you’re done.
My wife is dying and so far, it appears you are taking advantage to my pro se stance, my family issues and the bankruptcy you forced me through.

The full amount of damages by law paid 1/4 to a worthwhile Cancer Foundation, 1/4 to a Cancer Foundation in my wife’s name and the rest to myself so I can fund Mealer Companies LLC, build the Mealer Automobile and also begin thousands of smaller businesses so that we may save this nation’s dying economy before it’s too late… and to maybe to take my young sons and wife to Disneyland, Knotts and Legoland before we lose wife and mother.

Your clients get the write off for the Cancer Foundation(s) donation meaning they break even, plus they appear to be decent human beings running a legitimate company and we can work together to save this great country and you can call in your union mobsters to step up to the plate and do what’s right in training others to take on creating new USA mfg businesses and USA retail and exporting of the new US mfg’d products.

This will go public very soon, and the GM Family Cabal has a great chance to make themselves look like a worthwhile company that actually cares about this great nation and people in general… So don’t play games any longer or by the time we hit court your reputations will not be worth much…

By the way… Speaking of injury, here’s a good one for you… Would you believe that a man (myself) who has been riding powerful, full sized motorcycles for over 35 years wrecked a small mini bike sized prototyped “Mealer STS engine powered” 1950 Sears Roebuck “scooter” (Originally Made by Daimler/Benz and modified by myself to prove this engine system)… and I broke my damn ankle and leg?! (Yesterday evening) Right when my wife and sons need me most for support and to take up the slack at home, but I suppose my mind was elsewhere. When my dad (Leamon Mealer) was: ” murdered” in November 2009, the family reeled from his death and sadly my older brother Lee, Jr. died April 2010.
Lee, Jr. is my older brother that lived 14 years after the GM side saddle gas tank truck blew up and severely burned him. GM’s fancy lawyers in Phoenix cheated Lee out of a settlement by inventing an excuse (and probably paying off Lee’s lawyers) to make the incident Lee’s problem rather than GM’s. You might want to research the GM gas tanks on their trucks and the fact that they refused to recall or repair them for millions of vehicles they threw at the public. [A lot of people suffered and died for what could have been a $1.60 repair per tank, prior to ever selling the vehicles]. My wife’s cancer (from out of nowhere) kind of threw a wrench into the works and the fact that GM had used GMAC’s access to my website, investors and what I believe included my personal files to cause a default in the mortgage that GMAC bought without my consent on April 1st, 2008 is being used to extort me into submission knowing that my wife needs a roof over her head is simply playing dirty pool. Both Michael Carpenter (CEO of GMAC) and Ed Whitacre (CEO of GM) are well aware of what is going on as is Rahm Emmanuel and President Obama himself, yet not a single one of them will lift a finger to stop this ongoing assault against myself, my family and my company… When in fact, they are participating in the “funding” of these companies who are committing crimes against me.

As I work out this lawsuit and find the connections and innerworkings of GM-GMAC (new corporate names and rebranding set-aside), and as I find the connections to the US Government and specifically the US Treasury, I really have to wonder how well my served documents will be received.

Not to be crying in my beer (No beer summit since I don’t drink since I grew up), but I lost my dad Leamon Mealer, Sr. who was a big part of Mealer Companies LLC with planning and giving his wise old man ideas…  Then four months later my older brother Leamon Mealer, Jr. died. Lee, Jr was key to our development of a modified turbine engine that ran on basically a form of thick goo (we are working on the patents now and picking up where he left off).

To top it off, my older sister just had a major heart attack and my wife has been diagnosed with cancer… But we all get this thrown at us, right? That’s just another part of the Mealer life and we move onward and upward.

Of course during this never ending saga, GM and GMAC decided they wanted my home and that the Mealer Automobile should never see the light of day. No worries, I have their signed confession for intentionally interfering with my prospective advantage… which is an antitrust- aka anti-competitive issue (Google it)- who would have thought GM would ever do that to someone trying to sell automobiles and possibly compete in their vast market? These modern day mega-global “intergalactic” (as my son would say), corporations tend to want it all… and they appear to care for nothing and no one who gets in their way. 

Where’s Theodore Roosevelt and Oliver Wendell Holmes when we need them? Seems we have only mega corporate sell-outs these days who like to think they run the country.

Let’s hope GM-GMAC and the engineers who decided to crush me decide to do the right thing and settle out of court so we can get on with the show and not waste time dragging this scenario out in a major legal battles (pssst, you’ve already signed a letter of confession)…My friends,  I really do have that Mealer Economic Plan to get working for all of us, and the sooner the better… Even IF I never build and sell the Mealer Automobile (and home power source), I can help to save this floundering economy and/or at least inspire other people to start new USA based MFG and create some jobs.

Lee Jr., oddly, was burned alive in 1994 (he survived, sort of) while driving one of those GM saddlebag “crimped fuel tank” GMC pickups that GM refused to recall for over the 10 +/- years they mfg’d them. It seems that the UAW combined with GM corporate and shareholders refused to change their techniques and spend the additional $1.50 cost to crimp the tanks safely.

Once again… Who would have thought that any automaker (esp the world’s largest) would go to such lengths to prevent people from suffering and dying? These are the same people that intentionally crippled my funding and said crap about me… I mean the exact same people who were involved in the “refuse to recall era” or era of denial from 1979 to 1987. Then again, perhaps these same engineers who came into line working for GM were the very engineers who remedied the death traps on wheels that caused my brother to suffer like he did since 1994. For that, the world of GM owners should thank them!

GM builds quite a few high quality vehicles today and although I truly believe I could be building better, that chance seems to get further away each day that GM and GMAC refuses to discuss their tortious activity and “crimes” against me. To top it off, my wife has just undergone a serious type of surgery a couple of days ago) and if we wind up losing our home to GMAC’s corrupt actions, she will suffer all that much worst. I wonder how the jury would look at that factor in the GM-GMAC cabal against Mealer Companies LLC… I am expecting to wake up at any time on the plane trip to sign my final docs on the Summer of 2009 funding agreements.

Let’s not forget that the MEALER AUTOMOBILE truly is that missing link in vehicles and power supply that everyone seems to be crying for. This is not some repeat of the original 1900′s electric vehicle. wait.. you do realize thatt he first EV was built in 1889 and MFGd in the 1900′s don’t you? Why would anyone repeat something that wasn’t viable int he first place?

A tough year since a competitive automaker and global conglomerate’s direct libelous attack and the fatal blackening commentary against me… and their destructive (RSS fed) ”BLOG” on June 9th, 2009  that intentionally destroyed Mealer Companies’ prospective funding and our Pre-MFG MEALER BV orders from last summer’s very interested brokers, customers, investor firms, private money and what have proven to be a few very good friends (and a dozen or so not so good friends).

If you’ve wondered where I’ve been… The answer is quite simple. I have been totally CONSUMED withcourt documents and research and trying to deal with the world’s largest corporation (who is funded by the US Treasury no less and spreads their tentacles to all facets of life). Sounds like a B Movie, but this is real life and really happening to me.

My family is suffering from the pressure of this “drama” so badly that my young sons are having stress issues and my wife’s once steady stomach has been wrought by the stress factor of having our lives swept out from under us when we seem to have nowhere to go and a fight that is quite simply beyond what any honest man and his family should endure. I can deal with it… Only because I must.

Please bear with me and the Mealer Automobile as I honestly never expected this intentional interference and anti-competitive behavior to happen to me, from what was supposed to be a responsible globally renowned automaker and a company who has relied on the US taxpayer to keep them afloat while they unlawfully destroy their competitors and steal their homes (this mega auto giant is also a mega bank and mortgage company)… I actually expected them to welcome me as the newcomer in the automobile manufacturing realm, but instead, they instead have relentlessly stomped me down time and time again. And they are stealing my home to boot… Or at least they are trying to steal my home.. Let’s see what kind of truth and justice the modern court system allows.

This website may as well not even be about the MealerAutomobile since the auto giant and global bank that they created seem to be fighting me (personally and professionally) in such a manner as to totally destroy me. So far they have succeeded. If this next civil case does not stop them, we lose it all and I will be continuing my fight (somehow) from a public storage unit while my wife takes my two young sons and heads to live with her parents… I have nothing to hide and so little to show for my 25 years of R&D as I was forced to dismantle my latest prototype as we may be moving away from the house that I built. (That home building scenario is an exciting story all in it’s own!)

They have admitted their transgressions and gross violations of the law against me, but still, they fight and argue and try to prevent me from receiving at the very least a corporate apology from this Goliath of an enemy. Not an enemy by MY CHOICE, but an enemy by THEIR CHOICE.

No matter what happens… Please keep in mind, that I am the good-guy that simply got in ‘their’ way.

Power Source Phase 1:

Biodiesel / Diesel Fuel Combustion Engine The Phase 1 Bridge Vehicles are to be powered by all forms of biodiesel, diesel, and waste oils (such as old cooking grease from Burger King). Mealer will have a separate temperature-controlled fuel tank along side of the diesel tank to regulate these oils and greases and mix them with diesel at the injectors accordingly as needed. Mealer versions of diesels will include a novel, clean burn module and a re-burn air-injection system that is covered under current Mealer patents.

Power Source Phase 2:

Sequential Turbo Shaft (STS) STS is the mainstay of the power source that will be offered on the Phase 2, or Future Vehicles. The exclusive, patent-protected, Mealer-designed Sequential Turbo Shaft engine/chassis, or STS, will prove superior over fossil fuel engines and with higher ecological benefits than can be offered by Electric Vehicles. The STS design is a closed air transfer system and emits no burned or unburned fuels or fumes. All components of air/fluid recombine and/or separate into their original state, which are then recycled within the closed-loop system.

 The Mealer STS system is neither a perpetual motion nor a perpetual energy invention, but it truly is as close as it gets to a “continual storage motion, on-demand, self-generated, fuel storage device”. When put together into a single system, the Mealer STS regenerating power supply with OSSOPOS enables this disruptive engine and chassis system to produce a continuous flow of useful energy that can either be used or stored and then diverted as needed. No other manufacturer has this technology or offers such benefits through an automobile.

Sure, sure the term STS or Sequential Turbo Shaft is highly misleading and these details end prior to the details being added as noted within the proforma… If we detailed or described online or ‘otherwise publicly’ the energy and energy storage system that powers the MEALER FV, a cheap copy of it would wind up being manufactured in a country that does not abide by US Patent Laws. I will tell you that the forms of stored energy are not electricity alone.

A robust working populace creates not only a large pool of tax resources for the government but a huge purchasing base for products both American made and imported. The crippling effect of America’s loss of quality jobs has destroyed and will continue to prevent the USA from becoming anything but a tourist-debtor nation.

Companies who rely on their bottom dollar profit margin through the added purchasing power of substandard products manufactured and packed in what amounts to slave labor from other countries have destroyed America’s way of life. While we may easily connect this to greed of the large corporations and their share holders who profit through Wall Street, we have three other major accomplices to the downfall of America’s economy. 

This is common sense and a legit way to make this economy come together so each business and trading sector who is fighting for piece of the American Pie may participate and win.

Many people believe that the USA cannot return from such a hit to what America stands for, but they are wrong. The plan to revive the US economy is actually very simple. We need the greed from Wall Street, from venture capitalist and investing firms and the greed or better called need to survive by businessmen in a capitalistic system to make this happen through private enterprise.

We need a catalyst driving this together and I hope that it can be Mealer Companies LLC and all that I represent, but if I fail for some reason (like death) someone should be able to pick up the ball and score for the nation. We might be hit hard a few times, but we can take one for the team so to speak as this really does make perfect sense and one would have to be both anti-American, anti-human-survival to disagree.

Let’s begin with job training that would come from Mealer Companies LLC and our manufacturing related employees whether in the management, R&D, actual hands on labor or wherever those individuals with initiative within the company exists. The employee is trained and takes in an experience of developing and running their own business, preferably in the manufacturing arena.

This experience may coupled with other who share the same goals and a small corporation or business entity is formed. With Mealer Companies LLC backing and support we can go one of several ways, but let’s look at the three most promising.  

       A. The company is placed on a list of any other company looking for funding and they accept a funding agreement with outside venture capitalist teams or another funding source. If a bank wishes to be involved, they can accept a direct funding source (loan) from the bank. The business enters the market place, employees are hired and as productivity increases and the company branches out or runs the same course as Mealer Companies LLC by urging their own employees to create their own prosperous business model.

       NOTE: Mealer Companies LLC does not need to be the main training company, this was used for illustration purposes. I would hope that most major US based corporations would take a leading role in saving the economy.

       B.  This new company is grouped with other new smaller companies and entered into the vast trading and funding efforts as presented through Wall Street as a commodity and traded as such until they are reach the full funding needs from each individual business. The traders make their money from doing their normal jobs and the investors take the less-riskier approach than any other commodity because this particular commodity is based on multiple businesses and thousands of employees/people working to maintain their jobs and businesses. During the brief turn around time of gaining full funding, each business grows with other outside investors who also provide the expertise of management and financial bargaining as all businesses require.

       C.  The worker’s union aspect is not only a major factor, but a major boon for this form of business and job creation. Unions normally have billions of dollars of fund money that can go into both training their own benefactors and retirees, but also in the action of funding the new businesses. This will create a circle of jobs that could potentially outdo those created in the right to work establishment of new businesses. 

Although most people cannot imagine how a new smaller business can compete with the modern day giants who mass purchase the slave labor products from China, the numbers are there. Providing these new smaller manufacturing businesses are not needing to pay huge union lawyer fees to negotiate their own demise and provided these new smaller manufacturing companies are not buffering CEOs with multi-million dollar Rock Star contracts and provided these new smaller/leaner manufacturing companies are not needing to out-price their products in order to satisfy shareholder greed, they are highly competitive. The importers will fall by the wayside as less expensive and higher quality American made products hit the market. 

The US tax base will increase substantially with a larger, better paid workforce and the quantity of new US based companies. Outside jobs will increase to cover the boom of new manufacturing employees and the businesses created around them. Construction to house this new-found wealth from these new businesses and new jobs will rise exponentially. 

 Restaurants will be built, people will want to eat out and celebrate life.            
Even Tiny Tim will walk out and say “God Bless us everyone”… Okay.. you get the idea.

I have researched this business creating and Wall Street interactive business growth and job creation plan for a good 15 years. It is well within our means to save the US economy and repay much of this new ludicrous debt we have encountered. Health Care would not be an issue if Americans had good paying jobs which allow them to buy insurance yet without the constraints of unionism. Unions can work within the parameters and we can save our country. If you can find a better economy saving plan that works in ALL areas of the economy… Send it my way! 

Otherwise, get out of my way as I save the American economy… Someone has to step up and do it!
